When to choose it
When is bespoke the right choice?
Our 12 standard packages cover the bulk of what SMBs need. A chatbot, a WhatsApp flow, a calendar integration. If your situation fits, pick a template. Faster live and cheaper. But there are companies with their own logic that does not simply fit a template. An approval step that needs two people, a report that combines data from three systems, a process that only runs at peak season. That kind of thing.
Bespoke is also the right choice if you still run on an older ERP or CRM with no off-the-shelf integration. We then build the connecting layer. And if you have multiple tools that do not talk to each other, we write the bridge between them. What bespoke is not: it is not a solution for a very simple use case where a template works fine. And it is not an option if your process itself is not yet stable. In that case my advice is: first stabilise the process, then automate. Otherwise you build something that no longer fits in a month.

Between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on complexity. Every week you see a working demo of what is in place. If something is not what you imagined, we adjust before it goes too far.
Live plus aftercare
After go-live we do not disappear. For €149 per month you get monitoring, small changes and support. If something breaks we are quick, and adjustments to your business are part of the same subscription.

Questions we are often asked about bespoke
How do I know if my process can be automated?
A short test. If you could explain it to a new colleague in a few lines and it always follows the same steps, a system can do it too. We work it out together in the intake. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and we will say so honestly. Better to build nothing than something you have to redo in three months.
What if my business changes after the build?
It happens. Small changes are included in the €149 per month. Think an extra field, a tweak to a text, an additional notification. Larger changes, like a whole new flow or connecting a second system, go through a separate quote. You are never stuck with something that no longer fits.
How long does a project take?
Depending on what you want. A small flow with 1 or 2 integrations is often live in 2 weeks. Something with multiple systems, custom UI and extensive logic is more like 4 to 6 weeks. On day 1 after the intake you hear from us what is realistic, with a fixed price. No open ends.
What if you cannot build it?
Then we say so in the intake. Sometimes a process is locked into a legacy system without an API or into regulation that makes bespoke difficult. In that case you do not get a quote, but our honest advice on what your best option is. Sometimes that is another agency, sometimes that is no automation at all.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Everything we build for you runs on your own accounts. The code lives in a repository you have access to. If you stop with us tomorrow, another developer can take over. We do not work with closed platforms that lock you in.
